Job Summary

NOW HIRING!!

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This isnt just a bolt-it-together jobyoull be responsible for the full layout piping and wiring of specialized equipment from start to finish. Youll work directly from blueprints and handle everything from mounting motors to soldering refrigerant lines.

  • Layout equipment on skids and mount/align motors and bearings
  • Route and install refrigerant piping instrument air piping and perform all required soldering
  • Route and install electrical cabling and conduits according to job orders
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and product schematics to ensure every build meets specifications
  • Reassemble all types of equipment after the coating process is complete
  • Operate a forklift to safely move equipment and supplies around the shop
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team and Shop Supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Complete assigned tasks within the bid hours with little to no rework
  • Partner with a Lead Mechanic or Supervisor during your initial onboarding to learn company-specific standards

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license
  • At least 3 years of HVAC assembly experience specifically with refrigerant piping soldering and electrical circuits
  • Possession of a personal basic mechanic tool set including wrenches drills and crimpers
  • Ability to operate a forklift and communicate clearly with the team in English
  • Strong logical planning skills and the ability to work productively in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • EPA Certification is a plus
