The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech with Personalization or Ad Platform experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.
You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering science project management design operations finance legal business development customer service content acquisition and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. We are looking for an analytical data-driven resourceful customer-focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team. This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers best interests in mind at all times.
- 2 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8 years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
