Role specifics and benefits
In this assignment you will assess patients develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress across a broad spectrum of conditions typical to hospital-based outpatient and community settings. Youll apply manual therapy therapeutic exercises neuromuscular re-education gait training and assistive device optimization tailoring interventions to improve strength mobility balance and functional independence. Youll document outcomes communicate clearly with families and multidisciplinary teams and educate patients and caregivers to support sustained progress after discharge. This role provides ample room for professional growth within the Physical Therapy specialty including exposure to diverse caseloads evidence-informed practice and opportunities to refine specialty skills in areas such as ortho neuro pediatrics or geriatrics depending on site needs.
