Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with major course work in human services or a Bachelors Degree with two (2) years of full-time experience or equivalent experience working with children and adolescents who havea serious mental illness.
- is responsible and specialized outreach work to assess plan link monitor and advocate for children and adolescents who are diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness. The incumbent is responsible for assisting clients with their needs/goals. By referring clients to available community resources. Work also entails advocating for clients by linking them with appropriate services.Full-time position. Great benefits!!!Benefits include:
