Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support setup and operation of belt grinding machines
- Load and unload parts and assist with belt changes and tracking
- Perform basic grinding deburring smoothing and surface prep
- Inspect parts using calipers and basic measuring tools
- Monitor quality spot defects and report issues
- Handle materials sort label and package finished parts
- Assist with routine machine maintenance and documentation
What Were Looking For
- Manufacturing or grinding experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn machine operations and follow instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement tools
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm with mandatory OT plus alternate weekends)
Pay rate: $20/hr
