Job Summary
This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in belt grinding machine operation quality inspection and production support
Key Responsibilities
- Support setup and operation of belt grinding machines
- Load and unload parts and assist with belt changes and tracking
- Support belt changes tracking adjustments and machine prep
- Inspect parts using calipers micrometers and basic measuring tools
- Monitor quality spot defects and report issues
- Handle materials sort label and package finished parts
- Support routine preventive maintenance and production documentation
What Were Looking For
- Manufacturing or grinding experience is a plus but not required
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Willingness to learn machine operations and follow instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and inspection equipment
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm with mandatory OT plus alternate weekends)
Pay rate: $20/hr
