Position Details
Status: Full-Time
Shift: 3rd Shift 11 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
About the Role
As a CNA at Well-Spring you will play a vital role in assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity comfort and independence as part of a supportive care team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support mobility transfers and repositioning
Help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment
Document care and follow individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents families and team members
Follow all safety and infection control guidelines
Qualifications
Active CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
Completion of an approved CNA training program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and professional demeanor
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
