VIE Early Career Programs Coordinator (MFD)

Present in Italy since 1909 Air Liquide is the market leader in industrial gases and related services and technologies. Using an industrial and commercial structure spread throughout the country and a pipeline network of 600 km Air Liquide Italy supplies around 100 thousand direct and indirect customers from large companies to small artisans.

Air Liquide Italy has three Business Lines:
- Large Industries: provides techical gases and related products in an enlarged offer with high added value for large industrial customers by means of specific delivery systems (pipelines)
- Industrial Merchant: develops the production and sale of liquids and conditioned gases manages the on site production and services for industrial customers.
- Electronics: develops the market related to high purity gases for the semiconductor industry.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

The Early Career Programs Coordinator will act as a project manager and contribute to the success of the Graduate Programs at Air Liquide. The major responsibilities are around : Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination . The main tasks are :

• Familiarise with the 3 Programs while mapping out the processes and contribute to the optimization proposals

• Propose draft and support in the implementation of the improvements

• Support the team in coordinating the Management of the Optimization Project (facilitate and follow up on meetings prepare memos and presentations)

• Manage the Programs communication tools such as the Website/Chatbot and other materials.

• Liaise with the Early Career community (share tools assist with events and change management actions)

Are you a MATCH

Education and Experience :

Graduate from Business School or Engineering with a Master Degree (with an interest or experience in HR Business other )
Previous experience in Project Management Data analysis involving continuous improvement of tools/processes.. with interest in AI tools.

Technical Skills :

Data oriented : experience managing dashboards and reporting tools like Power BI
Prior practice of Project management/HR analysis role
Knowledge of automation tools (like Appscript) is desirable

Soft skills :
Teamwork (able to work in team share and delegate tasks)
Continuous improvement mindset
Agile able to adapt in a multinational environment
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive and result-oriented
