In this position youll work directly with employees to troubleshoot workstation issues respond to help desk tickets and assist with upgrades and replacements of desktops laptops and tablets. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops laptops tablets and related IT equipment within an enterprise environment.
Respond promptly to support requests submitted through a web-based help desk ticketing system.
Work directly with end users to coordinate and schedule workstation upgrades or replacements.
Diagnose and resolve issues affecting workstation performance and functionality.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform imaging and re-imaging of user workstations using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Required Education Knowledge Skills and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of related IT experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience imaging workstations using Microsoft SCCM/MECM
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher certification
macOS certification
CompTIA A certification
