SUMMARY OF POSITION

Jabils Enterprise Marketing and Communications team is seeking a paid Graphic Design Intern for the summer. This role will provide hands-on experience supporting Jabils in-house creative team through the development of visual assets for internal and external communications. The intern will have opportunities to contribute to a variety of design projects. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation an eye for detail and an interest in applying creative skills within a large corporate environment. All applicants must submit a portfolio of their work to be considered.

INTERN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the creation of graphic design assets for digital print presentations and internal communications
• Assists with layout typography and visual design under the guidance of our senior designer
• Helps maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
• Assists with preparing files for review and production
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class Year(s): Junior Senior Masters Student

• Preferred Major(s): Graphic Design Visual Communications Digital Media or Marketing

• GPA: 3.0

• Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 18 2026 Aug 7 2026

• Portfolio with design samples (published or non-published) demonstrating creative and technical skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop)
