Overview

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of merchandisers as well as assisting sales teams with nurtuting and growing client relationships. This role will aslo perform merchandising activities constructing displays stock SGWSproducts and build and maintain displays in retail accounts as requested by sales teams or retail customers as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Train new Merchandisers on policies and procedures

• Oversee designated employees and monitor the work assigned to them

• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers

• Ensure all company products are properly displayed

• Receive investigate and resolve internal and external customer complaints and requests

• Perform merchandising activities as needed; cover routes when Merchandisers are out on vacation

• Perform otherjob-relatedduties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plustwoyears of experience

• Previous supervisory experience

• Must possess a reliable vehicle a valid drivers licenseand the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurancebyState laws

• Stay apprised of federal stateand local laws affecting the beverage/alcohol industry within account responsibility

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Demands

• Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of timemayinclude sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g. keyboard mouse and monitor) ormobile device

• Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking bending reaching standingsquattingand stooping

• Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours

• May require lifting/lowering pushing carrying or pulling up to48lbs
