The Role

RWE Renewables Onshore & PV Europe & Australia (OPEA) seeks a Business Transformation (BT) Co-ordinator to support our team and ensure that our transformation effort is a success. We have a clear goal. To become The Green Engine for renewable energy across Europe & Australia by significantly growing our current electricity generation capacity. To do this we need to change the way we work simplifying and industrialising our processes improve our systems change mind-sets find ways to empower people and accelerate decision making. We have an extremely ambitious goal and so we need a driven professional to support our Business Transformation Managers in leading the transformation.

This is an exciting position at the heart of OPEAs business transformation offering excellent opportunities for personal development and growth.

Work in close collaboration with a broad range of international stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective coordination of our transformation activities.

Take ownership of specific transformation support responsibilities including: communication planning resource management KPI dashboard development and targeted improvement initiatives to directly contribute to the wider change agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the BT communications plan ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
  • Prepare team updates presentations internal announcements and other communication materials.
  • Track team actions objectives and milestones to ensure progress is visible and issues are escalated early.
  • Support the preparation of materials for leadership updates and performance dialogues.
  • Support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards for the BT team and other functions.
  • Maintain structure and organisation for recurring governance meetings.
  • Maintain and continuously improve online toolkits templates reference materials and shared resources (e.g. MS Teams SharePoint).
  • Ensure all materials are wellorganised up to date and easy for colleagues to access and use.
  • Support the development and updating of workshop training and guidance materials
  • Maintain oversight of the performance dialogues BTs governance calendar.
  • Prepare agendas distribute materials track actions and ensure followup is completed.
  • Keeps the team running smoothly by optimising calendars co-ordinating logistics for team events meetings and workshops.
  • Assist with monitoring risks issues and dependencies ensuring visibility and escalation.
  • Support benefits tracking including data collection and summary preparation to demonstrate progress towards transformation outcomes.
  • Manage diaries coordinate meetings support travel bookings and expense processes.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a coordination PMO or project support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organisational talent with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Reliable structured and goaloriented way of working.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of specific responsibilities and delivering them independently.
  • Enjoy working in an international team driving exciting change topics.
  • Businessfluent in English.
