What You Will Be Doing
- Represent individuals and businesses before the IRS and state taxing authorities
- Manage tax matters from intake through resolution with full ownership of assigned cases
- Handle examinations audits appeals collections and U.S. Tax Court matters
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and taxing authorities
- Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to assess resolution options
- Negotiate directly with the IRS and state agencies to achieve favorable outcomes
- Develop strategic tax resolution plans aligned with client financial objectives
