The Role

The role includes conducting home visits where necessary holding attendance meetings with parents and liaising with external agencies including the local authority. You will maintain accurate attendance records prepare reports for senior leadership and ensure compliance with statutory guidance.
You will also contribute to whole-school initiatives that promote positive attendance culture including rewards systems communication campaigns and early identification processes.
