The Role
Teaching one or more languages across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 depending on specialism
Planning and delivering engaging well-structured lessons
Supporting pupils in developing speaking listening reading and writing skills
Preparing pupils for GCSE and A Level examinations
Contributing to enrichment activities trips and cultural events
Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-resourced MFL department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in a Modern Foreign Language or closely related subject
Experience teaching MFL at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
High expectations for pupil engagement behaviour and progress
A professional organised and positive teaching approach
