Role Overview

The Admissions Officer will oversee the full admissions process from initial enquiry to student enrolment. This is a key role requiring strong communication skills and meticulous organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing admissions enquiries and responding promptly

  • Organising and coordinating open days and school tours

  • Processing applications and maintaining admissions records

  • Liaising with prospective families

  • Managing waiting lists and enrolment documentation

  • Working closely with marketing and leadership teams

  • Producing admissions data reports

  • Ensuring smooth transition processes for new students

Admissions & Marketing Team Information

The Admissions Officer works alongside the Registrar and Marketing Manager. Systems are well established and digital platforms are used for application tracking. The team is collaborative and target-driven.
