To support continued strategic improvement the school is seeking an experienced and analytical Data Manager.
The Data Manager will oversee the collection analysis and reporting of student data across the school.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the school MIS system
Coordinating assessment cycles
Producing attainment and progress reports
Supporting exam data imports and analysis
Submitting statutory returns (School Census)
Monitoring attendance and behaviour data trends
Supporting SLT with performance tracking
Ensuring GDPR compliance
Training staff on data systems
Managing timetabling and student grouping data
This role requires high attention to detail analytical thinking and strong IT expertise.
The Data Manager works closely with the Exams Officer Attendance Officer and Deputy Head. The school maintains clear reporting structures and annual assessment schedules.
