CTO

Are you ready to set the technical direction in a company where advanced technology meets commercial scaling We are seeking a CTO to take full responsibility for strategy organization and execution in a technology-driven growth company with global ambitions.

The Role
As CTO you have full responsibility for the companys technical strategy execution and long-term competitiveness. The role combines strategic ownership with operational presence in development. You define and drive the companys technology roadmap ensure technical excellence in design decisions and serve as a trusted advisor to both engineering teams and executive leadership. You set the direction for how advanced technology is translated into scalable business and sustainable competitive advantage.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Leading and further developing the technology organization

• Recruiting and building teams in line with the companys growth

• Owning budget prioritization and resource allocation within technology

• Ensuring realistic and robust technical assessments across development procurement and production

• Developing and driving the IP strategy

• Monitoring market trends and translating them into clear technical direction

You work closely with the executive team and play a central role in the companys continued expansion.

You have experience taking advanced technology from development stage to commercial application and understand what it takes to scale both organization and delivery. You are comfortable making decisions in complex technical environments and take responsibility for both direction and results.

Requirements

• . or PhD in Electrical Engineering Engineering Physics Physics or related field

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience post-graduation

• Extensive experience in hardware development

• Proven experience leading technical teams

• Experience with strategic technical planning and roadmap development

• Ability to assess technical feasibility risks and timelines

• Experience with budget ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in hardware

• Experience with high-frequency RF or advanced analog systems

• Experience from deep-tech research-driven or high-growth environments

• Experience with IP strategy and patent processes
