Job Description Summary
Enterprise Community Development (ECD) is seeking a detail-oriented resourceful professional to support projects and initiatives related to Health & Well-Being for residents across the property portfolio. The Resident Service Associate will help manage and track assigned programming engage in community resource outreach manage ongoing Health & Well-Being internal communications with residents and staff and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and with supervised direction. Experience with social services projects directly serving diverse ages and populations as well as a general understanding of the health & well-being needs of the aging population are a plus.
The Resident Service Associate supports Enterprise Community Developments Health & Well-Being initiatives for residents across the property portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating and tracking assigned programs conducting community resource outreach and managing internal Health & Well-Being communications for residents and staff. The Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective service delivery and positive resident outcomes. The position requires the ability to work both independently and under direction. Experience in social services particularly with diverse populations and aging adults is strongly preferred.
Job Description
- Coordinate and support Health & Well-Being priorities ensuring timely data recording and related reporting.
- Support efforts to identify and vet food partners and resources for properties across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with staff and partners relating to food security efforts.
- Oversee food pantries efforts and support compliance and ensure monthly reporting.
- As directed plan coordinate and engage in food related resident surveys.
- Support the management of grant components including gathering and tracking internal and partner data survey planning and execution gift card tracking and reporting the coordination of meetings and events as needed and interaction and support of the Resident Services Managers as needed in the execution of grant components.
- Review and monitor general Health & Well-Being activities across the portfolio to include identification adequate reporting and oversight.
- Collaborate with Communications/Marketing to inform and engage residents and staff specifically related to Health & Well-Being information to inform residents and staff of information to help residents make informed health choices.
- Collaborate with Volunteer Manager on all grant related aspects of volunteer activities & programs at properties as assigned and provide support to the Manager as needed.
- Provide support to any new Health & Well-Being initiatives or newly approved projects/programming as needed.
Work Location and Work Time
- The home office of Enterprise Community Development and Enterprise Residential is in Baltimore. Enterprise also has offices in Columbia Bethesda Washington DC and New York City and satellite offices elsewhere.The Resident Service Associate Health & Well-Being will be assigned to the Baltimore Office for regular in-person attendance and may be required to travel to other corporate offices to attend team meetings as necessary.The position will have some remote work capabilities and episodically will be required to visit properties and work on property sites for the execution of specific programming and surveys. Video conferencing is used almost daily and on multiple occasions within a workday.
- Every effort will be made to have a work week consisting of 40 hours but given the nature of resident services programming additional work time may sometimes be required.
Experience Education Training and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human services social work community development or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in social service /human services program work community engagement or resident services.
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing with a wide range of people.
- Solid technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Ability to maintain composure and reasoned thinking in challenging situations.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different environments.
- Some experience in managing budgets.
- The ability to coordinate efforts and solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks in an independent and collaborative environment.
- Basic understanding of the health & well-being challenges and needs of low-income seniors and families.

- Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The pay range for this position is $23.00/hour $26.00/hour. The salary range represents the low and high end of what may be paid for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and location.
