.We are an in-office company and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
About the role
- Monitor and manage full system-level requirements for the overall electrical/electronic (E/E) architecture and ensure requirements are met.
- Oversee the development documentation and refinement of vehicle architecture for software defined vehicles ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Create tradeoff studies for various decisions in the vehicle architecture and drive alignment with internal and external teams.
- Define the network and power architecture based on stakeholder and customer needs convert them into system requirements and devise operational objectives for the system.
- Develop scalable and adaptable architecture that can be implemented across multiple vehicle variants.
- Architect architecture system requirements and subsystem requirements and be responsible for defining system bounds capabilities and functional features.
- Provide clear goals for project and develop steps to oversee their execution.
- Lead the integration of the E/E architecture onto bucks and mules ensuring that key architectural assumptions are validated through rigorous testing and physical experimentation.
- Monitor and manage validation and verification of requirements at the system and subsystem level
Were looking for someone who has:
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer with an autonomous vehicles company
- At least 2 years of experience with L4 systems
The salary range for this position is $113800 - $587500 per year USD annually.
