Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Member to perform MORNING cleaning services for job sites. This role is ideal for someone looking for steady part-time work with a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms offices and common areas
Sweep mop vacuum and maintain floors
Empty trash and replace liners
Spot-clean glass doors and high-touch surfaces
Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
Communicate issues/concerns immediately to the manager

Requirements:

Must be available MondayFriday Mornings
Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Open to feedback and special requests from sites on occasion
Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing bending lifting up to 30 lbs)
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Must pass a background check

Pay:
First 30-days $15/hr increasing to $17/hr after 30 days consistent performance

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
