Class Teacher and KS1 Lead

Your opportunity

Floreat Wandsworth Primary school are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher and KS1 Lead to join our school on a full-time basis to provide the best education for our children by ensuring they are supported engaged and inspired in their learning. As part of our energetic and welcoming team you will enthuse and motivate pupils to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school. This role also includes the potential for an additional subject leadership responsibility (to be confirmed) for the right candidate.

What we are looking for

• An excellent classroom practitioner with a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning to inspire nurture and guide pupils of all abilities in KS1.
• Proven ability to manage pupils in positive ways maintaining a Calm School and modelling dignity in every situation.
• Ability and experience to teach at a good plus level within a classroom including assessment and feedback
• Have very high expectations of achievement and behaviour and have energy enthusiasm drive and determination to raise standards
• Commitment to modelling Floreats character virtues in order to grow these across the school community.
• Exceptional organisational skills including time management.

Pay Scale:MPR 1-6 (with a possibility for UPR 1-2) - Inner London

Contract Type: Permanent and Full-Time
