Job Summary
As aSr Community Relations Managerhere at Honeywell you will be a key leader responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between your organization and the communities it serves. Your role goes beyond engagement; its about creating a lasting positive impact. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders including residents businesses government agencies and community organizations.
You will report directly to ourWorkforce Development Leaderand youll work out of ourPhoenix AZlocation on aHybridwork schedule.
In this role you will impact the community by developing and implementing comprehensive community outreach strategies and initiatives that not only align with the Aerospace organizations goals but also significantly enhance its reputation and social impact.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive community relations strategies to enhance the companys reputation and community engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations non-profits and government agencies.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in community relations or a related field.
- Expert with comprehensive knowledge in community engagement strategies.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful community relations strategies.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations or related field.
- Masters degree in Communications Public Administration or related field is a plus.
- Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
