Job Summary

Role: Cloud Solutions Architect with Logic Monitor Dynatrace Splunk

Location: Dallas TX - Onsite

Duration: Long term

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise strong communication skills and hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale cloud solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

Design implement and support scalable secure and cost-effective cloud architectures across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
Collaborate with security and network teams on firewall configurations routing and compliance requirements
Apply cloud architecture best practices to deliver flexible resilient solutions
Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation
Lead end to end observability engagements from discovery through recommendations and implementation planning.
Assess a clients current monitoring landscape and identify gaps redundancies and opportunities for consolidation.
Define observability best practices across metrics logs traces events and synthetic monitoring.
Serve as a subject matter expert advising technical teams and executive stakeholders
Identify and recommend improvements to technical standards and cloud practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
10 years of experience architecting designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions
10 years of hands on experience in observability APM engineering or Dynatrace platform administration.
Expert-level proficiency with Dynatrace (APM Infrastructure Monitoring RUM Davis AI) in enterprise or multi cloud environments.
Strong experience with cloud platforms and automation including AWS/Azure/GCP Kubernetes and scripting tools (Python Bash PowerShell).
10 years of experience translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures
Proven track record leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Extensive experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures including hybrid converged datacenters
11 15 years of experience conveying complex technical and functional concepts to technical and executive stakeholders
11 15 years of experience producing clear comprehensive technical documentation
Strong understanding of observability concepts: metrics logs traces events SLOs distributed tracing and telemetry pipelines.
Hands on experience with APM and monitoring tools (New Relic Dynatrace AppDynamics LogicMonitor Datadog etc.).

Technical Skills

Design and implementation of secure scalable cloud solutions across enterprise environments
Hybrid and multi-cloud architecture design and integration
Cost optimization risk assessment and mitigation planning for cloud infrastructure
Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Monitoring and observability using tools such as CloudWatch Azure Monitor Prometheus and Grafana
