Summer Season Tak/Izakaya at Sommerro
We are looking for a 100% employee that is a dynamic warm and professional who can join our team from May to September in Tak/Izakaya
You will play a crucial role in creating the Sommerro experience and our guest promise: We give ENERGY to the city.

The successful candidate will work efficiently alongside the kitchen team as part of a strong and effective department serving Japanese-Nordic cuisine
What youll do except cooking wonderful food...
- Maintaining the integrity of our brands standards in line with the Head Chef and sous chef in your department
- Support the Head Chef/ Sous chefwith ideas and techniques while striving to innovate and evolve the menu development
- Have a firm grip on maintaining Sommerros food quality and food waste standards
- Make sure that the guest experience is at the heart of what you do

The qualifications were looking for...
- Relevant culinary qualifications and similar experience as part of a fast-moving culinary team in a busy and dynamic environment
- experience with Japanese cuisine a plus
- Fluency in English or a Scandinavian language
- Visa or relevant passport to work in Norway (applications without this will not be reviewed so please do not apply)
