Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Datahub ClaimCenter initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements analyzing business processes and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of ClaimCenter functionalities within the Datahub ecosystem. This position requires strong domain knowledge in insurance claims processing and hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Datahub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and document requirements related to ClaimCenter and Datahub integration.
  • Map current and future state business processes identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT data and development teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Support data migration transformation and validation activities between ClaimCenter and Datahub.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) defect tracking and resolution.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements process flows use cases and data mappings.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users and stakeholders as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends Guidewire product updates and data management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Datahub is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and data management principles.
  • Proven ability to document business requirements process flows and data mappings.
  • Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL data analysis and data migration projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP PMI-PBA or Guidewire certifications are an advantage
