Job Summary
About the Role
Were looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to design and build high-performing visually polished and conversion-focused websites. Youll work closely with design product and marketing teams to translate ideas into responsive scalable Webflow experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong front-end fundamentals with a sharp eye for UX/UI and understands how websites drive business resultsnot just look good.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow
- Convert designs (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect Webflow builds
- Create reusable components CMS collections and scalable structures
- Optimize sites for performance SEO and accessibility
- Implement animations and interactions using Webflow logic
- Integrate third-party tools (forms CRMs analytics APIs Zapier etc.)
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on landing pages and experiments
- Troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve UX and site speed
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years experience building websites with Webflow
- Strong understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience working with Webflow CMS & dynamic content
- Responsive design and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization
- Experience integrating tools like HubSpot GA Stripe Airtable Zapier etc.
- Good eye for design typography and layout
- Ability to work independently and deliver clean maintainable builds
Nice to Have
- Custom code embeds or JS enhancements
- Experience with Finsweet Client-First or similar structure systems
- Basic UX/UI design skills
- A/B testing and CRO experience
- SaaS or startup experience
- Knowledge of React/ or other front-end frameworks
