Marketing Manager Marketing Operations

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to supports the development of the product vision and strategy by helping to grow our player base and deepen our relationships with our players. Part of the broader Player Development & Engagement team this role serves as a subject matter expert across one of the various core marketing disciplines:

Growth Marketing New player acquisitions and lapsed player reengagement through various external marketing channels Player Engagement Insights-led player management lifecycle strategy development promotional campaign ideation and optimization Marketing Operations Campaign execution delivery optimization and campaign deployment prioritization Marketing Enablement Marketing technology optimization development support and onboarding including enabling data accessibility holistic PD&E process optimization and actionable insights development

Working with Senior Marketing Managers and various cross-functional stakeholders the Marketing Manager evaluates opportunities identifies solutions and delivers marketing initiatives that responsibly drive revenue growth and outstanding customer experience. This role supports the development of strategies within their core marketing discipline and ensures initiatives align with overall business priorities and division goals.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Sr Director Player Development & Engagement and working with peers focused on the Marketing Operations discipline you will be empowered to:

  • Partner with Player Engagement peers to translate marketing campaign strategies from ideation into detailed campaign briefs/execution plans across multiple owned channels (email push notifications in-app messages in-app banners etc.)

  • Execute marketing campaigns by guiding a shared team of resources to use prebuilt templates or bespoke setups developed by designers copywriters content authors and other technical resources

  • Map out and lead the implementation of complex multi-tool multi-journey CRM flows with

    • hands on use of:

      • digital gambling promotional tools (e.g. BEDE Kambi IGT etc.) and

      • OLGs customer data platform (Treasure Data)

    • and supported by subject matter experts for:

      • Adobe Marketing Cloud (ACM AEM Adobe Target AJO etc.)

      • Litmus

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign deployment assuring accuracy and compliance across multiple devices segments and eligibility logic

  • Operate with autonomy in campaign setup QA and deployment within defined governance standards.

  • Maintain data accuracy across campaigns and contribute to reporting frameworks that support evaluation and optimization

  • Develop enhance and maintain automated lifecycle journeys and triggered communications.

  • Partner with the Campaign Deployment Manager to optimize channel performance by reviewing deliverability engagement frequency and audience saturation and recommend improvements to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to increase effectiveness

  • Partner with Campaign Deployment Manager and other stakeholders to analyze campaign performance and operational bottlenecks providing insights and continuousimprovement recommendations for speed quality and scalability

  • Support issue resolution by identifying root causes coordinating fixes with technical teams and implementing preventative measures

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

Education & Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of marketing strategies tactics and channel opportunities for relevant domains/products in the respective core marketing disciplines

  • Solid knowledge of industry trends user demands and pain points to be able to develop relevant strategy

  • Comfortable with technology/IT to be able to leverage tools to drive new promotional opportunities.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (3-5 years) work experience.

  • Experience in Agile Development with Product Owner (or similar) experience is an asset

  • Experience with digital marketing via direct to consumer channels (media email CRM owned assets social etc.)

  • Minimum three (3) years in marketing experience with a focus on direct to consumer marketing

Relevant Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs to tell a compelling story

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a multi-disciplined environment including technology new product development product design promotion merchandising advertising public relations and market research.

  • Strong problem solver with ability to find solutions to drive progress often with a high level of ambiguity
