ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Branch Team Lead plays a key role in supporting branch performance client experience and team effectiveness. This individual serves as a senior trusted resource within the branch; providing guidance coaching and day-to-day support to team members while partnering closely with the Market Manager on overall branch success. The Branch Team Lead acts as the first point of contact for questions problem-solving and operational support.
This position will support both branches primarily focusing on the Boulder location based on staffing and business needs and is expected to help maintain strong service standards operational consistency and team collaboration across locations. The Branch Team Lead functions as the primary authority in the Market Managers absence and is empowered to make decisions that impact branch efficiency and client outcomes.
