Job Summary

UCHealth Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic in Fort Collins Colorado is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a dedicated innovative team that focuses on providing world-class cancer care with a commitment to advancing treatments and clinical trials in a highly supportive collaborative environment.

Job Description:

As a Hematology/Oncology Physician at UCHealth Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic - Harmony Campus the provider willbe responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care for individuals withvarious typesof cancer and hematological disorders including leukemia lymphoma and myeloma.

  • Working alongside a team of nine physicians eight advanced practice providers (APPs) andsupportstaff to deliver disease-specific care.

  • Collaborating with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated high-quality care for patients.

  • Staying at the forefront of innovative treatments and technologies in the field of oncology.

  • UtilizingEPICEMR system to document and manage patient care across the healthcare system.

  • Participating in clinical research and applying new treatment methodologies.

  • Offering consultations second opinions and treatment plans for complex cancer cases.

  • Collaborating with a progressive team of clinicians to deliver the highest standard of patient care.

  • Minimal call responsibility shared with a large team of other clinicians and hospitalists.

  • NOT DOING ANY LOCUMS OR LOCUMS TO PERM.

  • UCHealth clears namessystem-wide.

  • Able to support visa candidates for this position.
