Positions Available
We are seeking to hire several exceptional Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors across several apartment communities in the Orlando area! Were looking for maintenance professionals who will take pride in their assigned community and focus on completing service requests emergency calls move-in needs and property task(s) that may be needed daily weekly or monthly.
Whether youre applying to be a Technician or a Supervisor this is a hands-on role focused on maintenance teamwork and high-quality service.
We will be holding in-person interviews for both Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor positions on Thursday February 19th at Atriums Corporate HQ in Orlando.
Estimated Pay for Positions Available:
- Maintenance Supervisor: $26 - $35 per hour
- Maintenance Technician: $21 - $25 per hour
- *Salary will be based upon experience and community details. Bonus pay opportunities are available and not included in pay rates above.
