We are seekinganReliability Technician (Temp) to perform variousdesign ofexperiments conduct early accelerated product life test improve reliability testprocesses and improve field reliability. This role offers daily challenges in a fast-paced collaborative environment as weseekviablesolutions to real-world this roleyou will developreliability testsetups improve product qualification processlead early-stage de-risking of reliabilityissue drive testing of new parts and product candidatemust be self-motivated and able to deliver quality products on time.
What you will do
- Support reliability test engineers in the installation and removal of DUT from environmental chambers.
- Support reliability test engineers in the design assembly and preparation of test equipment required for validation testing.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting DUT undergoing environmental testing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Establishing and maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all work including status updates to summarize project highlights.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment within the laboratory.
Who you are and What you bring
- One year of post-high school technical education such as a technicalassociates degreeor equivalent work experience. Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Proven ability to apply scientific problem-solving techniques with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in design of experiments of accelerated life testing.
- Hands-on experience with installing testing troubleshooting and maintaining electricalequipment.
- Experience with power supplies inverters and high voltage systems.
- Experience interacting with field application engineering and product management teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The pay rate for this position is between $29 to $42 per hour The pay rate range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience education or training work location and market conditions.
