Key Responsibilities: Group Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
Design and implement a scalable group sales program across nine Division I sports
Identify target and cultivate relationships with schools youth organizations corporations military groups non-profits and community partners
Develop creative group ticket products theme nights and experiential offerings to drive demand
Meet or exceed annual group sales revenue and attendance goals
Collaborate with other departments across USF Athletics to promote group initiatives
Sales Execution & Account Management
Generate new group sales leads through outbound prospecting referrals and community outreach
Manage a personal book of business while overseeing team pipelines
Deliver high-level customer service to group leaders before during and after events
Coordinate group experiences including seating ticket delivery hospitality and in-game recognition
Team Leadership & Management
Manage mentor and motivate a team of two group sales Account Executives set individual goals monitor performance metrics and conduct regular coaching sessions
Assist in onboarding training and professional development of sales staff
Foster a positive accountable and performance-driven team culture
Operations & Collaboration
Track sales activity and results using CRM and ticketing systems
Prepare reports forecasts and performance updates for senior leadership
Work closely with ticket operations to ensure accurate fulfillment and execution
Support game-day operations and represent USF Athletics at select events
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
35 years of experience in group sales preferably in collegiate or professional sports
Proven ability to generate group ticket revenue and build client relationships
Previous experience leading or mentoring sales staff preferred
Strong communication organization and time-management skills
Ability to work evenings weekends and event days as required

Experience selling across multiple sports or product lines
High energy self-motivated and results-oriented
