Documentation & Workflow Management

  • Maintain comprehensive accurate records within HUBs agency management systems.
  • Support audit readiness compliance and best-in-class documentation practices.

Financial & Reconciliation Support

  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage account reconciliation.
  • Assist with invoicing premium tracking and resolving billing discrepancies.

Licensing & Compliance

  • Obtain and maintain all required insurance licenses and continuing education in accordance with regulatory and HUB standards.
