CFO Technology
Accordions CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.
Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the teams business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP CPM Analytics Data Integration RPA and beyond CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.
This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

What Youll Do:
As a Salesforce Project Manager youll oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives managing full project lifecyclesfrom planning through execution and deployment. Youll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and budget and aligned with strategic goals. This role includes leading cross-functional teams managing communication with stakeholders and driving ongoing process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Salesforce projects from initiation to deployment using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Creating and managing project plans budgets and schedules
- Coordinating resources across developers administrators consultants and vendors and conduct regular status updates progress reports and executive briefings to communicate project milestones and challenges
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings requirement sessions and user training
- Managing project risks issues and change control processes
- Leading Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Delivering regular updates to stakeholders including progress reports and executive briefings
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization within Salesforce environments
- Travel to client sites as needed
You Have:
- A bachelors degree in computer science information systems business administration or a related field
- A Professional Scrum Master I Certification (required)
- At least 1 year of Salesforce project management experience with a proven track record in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience using project management tools like Jira Trello or Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $100000 to $171000 USD benefits bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to geographic location skill set years and depth of experience education certifications cost of labor and internal equity.
