TheSocial Media Managerwillbe used to working in a fast-paced environmentand be at the forefront of social mediaplatforms and willreportdirectly to the UK Marketing Director and work closely with the wider UK marketing team and globalfunctions to help deliverthemarketing strategyandsupportfull funnelcampaign activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and developingtheUKsocial content calendar aligning with global campaigns productlaunchesandtrending/seasonal UK it aligns with upcoming product drops global events and is filled with engaging on-brand content ideas.
  • Manage the social schedule along with posting and reporting acrossplatforms both on feed and stories
  • Creating local UK contentto adapt to UK specific market trends and needsfor both IG andTiktok. Includingbut not exclusive to: BTS trending reels & audios
  • Owning the reporting ofplatform and contentperformanceincluding key engagement metrics. Usingdata driven insightsto grow and improve the social platforms.
  • Collaborating with the global social team to align content and themes with the global campaign calendar wider marketing strategy and ensure all content is on brand.
  • Collaborating with the global social team to utilise and optimise globally created content and align with the UK specific marketing calendar.
  • Working closely with the PR & influencer manager to developand manage the UKinfluencer programme aligning with brandimagecampaign calendar and reach KPIs
  • Creating and capturing content specifically designed for social paid ads.
  • Keep up with social media trends algorithm changes and platform best practices to ensure contentremainsfresh and relevant.
  • Craft copy that reflects the brands tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity.
  • Attending andcontributing toUK brand events and activationsto capture social content andactivate across social platforms.




SkillsRequired:

  • 2/3 years of experience in social media management & content creation.
  • Strong creative portfolioshowcasingsocial-first content.
  • Very goodknowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms including backend reporting.
  • Experience working in house for a retailfashionor beauty role.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
  • Proficiencyin editing tools such asCapcut Canva and Final Cut Pro would be a plus.
  • Creative ideation experience across all social channels.
  • Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
  • Experience in a fast-paced trend driven environment.
  • Highly organised with a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A great communicator with the confidence to lead ideate execute content solo.
