Sr Manager, Market Intelligence

Ansell is looking for a Manager Market Intelligence (EMAP) to join our team in EMEA (Brussels Belgium or Krakow Poland)

In this position you will lead the regional Market Intelligence function for both the Industrial and Medical businesses across EMEA and APAC. You will transform data and insights into actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision-making market visibility and commercial prioritization. As the owner of the regional intelligence ecosystem you will ensure data quality process consistency and alignment across platforms working closely with cross-functional teams to embed insights into longrange planning budget cycles territory planning and commercial executio

What your role will be

• Market Analysis & Trends
  
  • Lead analysis of regional market trends using internal and external data sources.
    
  • Develop market sizing segmentation and share insights at regional vertical and category levels.
    
  • Provide actionable insights to Commercial Units Product Strategy and Strategy teams to support strategic planning LRP and commercial prioritization.

• Territory Planning & Data Insights
  
  • Govern account prospect and opportunity datasets to ensure high-quality validated information.
    
  • Build and maintain market opportunity models across accounts verticals and categories.
    
  • Deliver customer-level opportunity and share-of-wallet insights ensuring alignment with SFDC and MIP platforms.
    
  • Support structured prospecting through user-intent analytics and AI-enabled tools.

• Competitive Intelligence
  
  • Continuously monitor competitive activity using external intelligence tools.
    
  • Collaborate with the Strategy team to analyze competitor pricing positioning value propositions and market tools.
    
  • Deliver periodic competitive intelligence updates with clear actionable recommendations for commercial and strategic decisions.

• Strategic Insights & Project Support
  
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders proactively shaping the intelligence agenda.
    
  • Serve as a decision-support partner enabling clarity alignment and insight-to-execution outcomes.

• Measurement Impact & Continuous Improvement
  
  • Support project-based analyses such as market deep dives opportunity sizing customer insights whitespace assessments and business cases.
    
  • Translate intelligence into clear recommendations that support growth initiatives and strategic workstreams.
    
  • Integrate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into broader market and strategic analyses.

What will you bring to Ansell

• Bachelors degree in Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8 years of experience in market intelligence or business analytics roles with regional or global exposure.
• Advanced technical expertise in data analytics modeling AI tools data governance and platform ecosystem management.
• Strong project and process management skills with experience managing complex analytical workflows.
• Proven track record of translating insights into commercial action and influencing cross-functional decisions.
• Experience managing external intelligence vendors data systems and enrichment tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities with experience in matrix organizations.
• Resilient proactive and disciplined in managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Collaborative team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility for cross-time-zone work and ability to travel occasionally (approx. 25%).
