Position Overview

We are seeking a driven relationship-oriented outside sales professional to develop new business grow existing accounts and expand our presence in the market. This role is ideal for someone motivated by independence income potential and building lasting customer relationships.

Sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has strong people skills work ethic and a desire to succeed.

This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential your income is directly tied to your results.

What Youll Do

Sales & Business Development

• Prospect for new customers through networking outreach and relationship building.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding product usage.
• Understand customer needs and recommend practical supply solutions.
• Prepare quotes follow up consistently and close business.

Customer Relationships

• Build long-term partnerships with customers.
• Provide dependable service and responsive communication.
• Serve as a trusted resource for product knowledge and support.

Account Ownership

• Take full ownership of assigned customer accounts and relationships.
• Manage account growth retention and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities and account activity.
• Meet or exceed sales growth expectations.
