Property Cleaner and Gardener Team Member

As aProperty Cleaner and Gardener Team Member you will be responsible for the ongoing cleaning of units and performing basic repairs to ensure our properties remain in excellent condition. You will also be responsible for maintaining gardens across several residential and commercial properties. This role requires manual dexterity physical stamina and reliability to help maintain the overall upkeep of our buildings.

Responsibilities

Cleaning of building halls and common areas.

Clean units to prepare for tenant move-ins.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting mopping and sanitizing.
Handle indoor and outdoor cleaning and maintenance at various properties.
Conduct minor fixes such as patching walls and replacing light bulbs.
Collaborate with other team members during cleaning and renovation projects.
Report maintenance issues to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager.

Maintain gardens throughout the season.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid G license (required).
Previous experience in cleaning maintenance or a related field is an asset.

Previous Gardening and Landscaping experience also an asset.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of repair tools and maintenance procedures.
Physically capable of performing manual labor including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
Reliable and flexible with work hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
