Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to maintain and restore flooring surfaces in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with floor care procedures and a strong attention to detail ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Start Date: February 23rd 2026
- General Location: Florence SC
- Facility Type: Medical Office
- Shift Time: 5:00pm - 12:00am
- Shift Days: Monday - Friday
General Duties:
- Perform floor care services including stripping waxing buffing and burnishing
- Carpet cleaning and spot treatment
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment and machinery
- Clean and maintain surrounding areas as needed (dusting trash removal restrooms etc.)
- Respond to emergency or special cleaning requests as assigned
- Follow safety protocols and facility standards at all times
- Standing walking and bending will be required for all job duties for the entire shift.
- Must be hardworking reliable customer service-oriented friendly professional and able to work well on a team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of floor technician experience
- Proven skills with stripping and waxing floors buffing and carpet cleaning
- Transferable skills related to commercial or medical facility cleaning
- Personal smartphone
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (required for all candidates)
- Ability to speak read and write English
- Dependable detail-oriented professional and able to work independently or as part of a team
