As part of Real Estate Finance (REF) within Business Banking Netherlands (BB NL) you will playa central rolein steering coordinating and supporting the success of REF. You will support on day-to-day activities of the REF Center of Expertise (CoE) andREFLeadershipTeam(REF LT) as well as help translate the REF vision purpose and strategy into clear priorities and tangible actions ensuring effective execution across teams.

In this role you bring structure insight and focus to a wide range of strategicoperationalandorganisationaltopics. You collaborate closely with colleagues in REF frontoffice finance risk operations and HR todeliver onimportant initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to build a deep understanding of the Real Estate Finance business develop strong relationships across theorganisation and contribute directly to the execution of INGs and REFs strategy in one of the banks key commercial lending segments.

In thisroleyou are part of thedynamic and ambitiousREF CoEteam. This team is >10 FTE andis responsible fora variety of topics within the REFBB NLorganization such asSustainability Balance Sheet DistributionMarketing & Communication Proposition Development and Transaction Management.

You will work in a dynamic environment withinBusiness BankingNLand ING Netherlands withpredominantly Dutchclients/partnersanda broad range ofstakeholders:

• All teams within REF BB NL;

• INGBusiness Banking:a variety of teams such asBusiness Development & IntelligenceHRthe Sales Regions Business Lending;

• WiderING organization:a.o.Risk teams Legal andGlobalStrategy teams; and

• External:a.o.Partnersclientsconsultantsandbanks.

Roles and responsibilities

• Drivingand supportingkey strategic initiativesincluding the refinement and rollout of our REF vision purpose and strategy;

• Providing highquality analysis insights and advice toREF colleagues &leadership to support informed decisionmaking;

• Coordinating and preparing meetings presentations and strategic materials including briefings updates and progress reporting for leadership and key stakeholders;

• Acting as a central linking point between teams in REF frontofficefinance risk operations and enabling functions to secure effective collaboration and aligned execution;

• Monitoring key topics such as financial & commercial performance risk compliance and HR tasks;

• Tackling ad-hoc tasks on behalf of the REF CoE & leadership team; and

• Coordinating leading andsupporting inthe preparation of REF quarterly meetings offsites and (digital) updates.

You bring:

• Affinity with or experience in Real Estate Finance commercial lending or a related financial domain;

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights;

• Experience preparing clear structured presentations and/or management information;

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships;

• A proactive resourceful mindset always looking ahead and willing to go the extra mile;

• The ability to work independently take responsibility and drive initiatives to completion.

With a proventrack recordand technical skills:

• Bachelorand/orMastersdegree;

• Communication/presentation skills;

• Excel and PowerPoint skills; and

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
