As a Loyalty Strategy Lead you will be part of the larger Loyalty Strategy and Growth team.Youlllead high-impact strategy development and execution across loyalty pillars benefits or experiences always balancing guest relevance with financial performance and operational feasibility.
The Strategy and Growth team leads strategy for Target Circle assesses future growth territories manages business performance outcomes designs new benefits and partnerships and brings new members into the program to drive program growth. This team plays a critical role in bringing the Circle vision to life both short- and long-term. As a Loyalty Strategy Lead Pillar Management you will:
Leadannual prioritization for Base Circle and Circle Card driving alignment to clear OKRs
Build and align strategies thatimpactpillar performance andguest experiences leading with the guest and accounting for financial and operational considerations.
Set goals that continually raise the bar for Targets loyalty and financial success.
Evaluate recent business trendsidentifyingroot causes and galvanizing partners toidentifysolutions

About You:
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
8 years ofpreviousLoyalty Marketing Merchandising or business experience
Strong financial acumen for both retail and cost accounting metrics
Ability to influence othersthrough the use ofdata and insights
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maximize relationships
Strategic orientation and comfortable with ambiguity
