Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for the flexibility to choose your shifts Dalton Court our welcoming 60bed home in the lovely town of Cockermouth provides highquality Nursing Dementia and Palliative care in a warm homely environment. We are seeking skilled Bank Nurses to join our clinical team supporting residents across a variety of day and night shifts.

As a Bank Registered Nurse your role may include:
- Delivering highquality personcentred nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
- Supporting residents to feel safe comfortable and reassured throughout both day and night routines.
- Administering medication and carrying out clinical monitoring with accuracy and professionalism.
- Working closely with the wider care team to maintain seamless continuity of care.
- Promoting emotional wellbeing for residents and their families.
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as needed.
What are we looking for
- Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
- Compassionate enthusiastic individuals committed to exceptional care
- Experience in nursing home care (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethos
- Flexibility to pick up a mix of day and night shifts including weekends if required
