• Salary: *£23.65 per hour
• Contracted hours: 22 hours per week 2 shifts per week
• Shift patterns: 8am – 8pm

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for parttime hours with consistent daytime shifts Dalton Court our friendly 60bed home in the lovely town of Cockermouth provides highquality Nursing Dementia and Palliative care in a warm homely setting. We are seeking a dedicated PartTime Nurse to join our daytime clinical team and help us deliver exceptional care to our residents.

As a PartTime Registered Nurse (Days) you will:

• Deliver highquality personcentred nursing care to meet each resident’s individual needs.
• Support residents through their daytime routines promoting safety comfort and wellbeing.
• Administer medication and undertake clinical monitoring with care and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure continuity and excellence in care.
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families offering emotional support.
• Mentor and guide junior staff contributing to their development and confidence.

What are we looking for

• Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
• Caring enthusiastic individuals with a passion for highquality care
• Nursing home experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a supportive teamfocused approach
• Availability to work parttime day shifts including some weekends where required

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’. Advertised pay rate effective from 1st April 2026.
