Our Technology Advisory team drives innovative projects every day guiding companies through major technological changes. Current projects include applyinglarge language modelsand generative AI in finance and energy sectors as well as improving internal efficiency and accelerating workflows with AI tools.

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop AI solutions usingLarge Language Models (LLMs) including advanced techniques likeRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)and multi-agent systems.
• Turn ideas into working prototypes and leadProof of Concept (PoC)projects from planning to delivery.
• Apply the latest AI research to real-world challenges in industries like finance and energy.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify new use cases and deliver impactful solutions.

What Were Looking For:

• 4 years in software development with at least 2 year inAI systems(RAG or agent-based).
• StrongPythonknowledge familiarity with databases (especially vector databases) and understanding of AI ecosystems.
• Basic knowledge and use of multi-agent systems guardrail solutions and orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph).
• Proactive solution-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
