Job Summary

The Village Animal Clinic is looking for new members for our reception team for our popular veterinary practice. Applicants should be experienced in delivering top-notch client service should enjoy working with the public and their pets and should be able to work effectively and supportively as a team member. Experience with veterinary practice and strong computer skills are preferred but attitude ability and enthusiasm are our highest priorities. Enjoying a challenge being able to multitask and making clients feel important and warmly welcomed are essential personality traits.

We offer great career opportunities. Salary range starts at $19.00/hour for entry-level and $24.00 for experienced applicants. Job Duties Include but not limited to:

Answering phones.
Communicate with clients and doctors.
Scheduling appointments.
Managing digital records.
Invoicing and receiving payments.
Cleaning exam rooms.
