Job Summary

The incumbent monitors coordinates and support activities the lab operations.

Job Requirements

1. Follow computer lab policies and procedures.

2. Contact students and faculty to set-up appointments.

3. Maintain check-in procedures and ensure equipment is turned off in evening after work completion.

4. Monitor lab equipment while maintaining proper paper inventory in classroomand ensuring network and power connection.

5. Maintain computer lab schedules and lock the door and windows of labs including calling security if needed.

6. Monitor computer lab supplies

7. Maintain computers and printers in the lab by checking and reporting damaged or faulty equipment.

8. Report and remove unauthorized software installations.

Job Qualifications

Must be enrolled and classified as a graduate or doctoral student at MIU.
Must be enrolled in required coursework towards the degree.
Must hold the minimum required GPA for the degree program.
Must not be holding another campus job.
