Growth Initiatives
Managing key growth projects across different verticals
Cross-functional coordination to meet project needs
Implementing / communicating changes in effective manner with key stakeholders
Analytics & Intelligence - Carrier & Competition
Channel Upgrade Framework - capability building initiatives / performance tracking / identifying key support areas
Market Analysis - Region wise opportunity mapping / Strength - Weakness Mapping
Sales Intelligence - Dealer-wise/ region-wise / product-wise
Digital Engagement Framework for Partners - Performance Tracking & Trends
