Your patient is an 80-year-old VIP requiring constant high-level clinical observation. The vessels upcoming schedule focuses on the sun-drenched Southern Iberian Coast navigating between the luxury marinas of the Algarve (Vilamoura Lagos) and the Costa del Sol (Marbella Puerto Banús). This role demands a practitioner who can deliver hospital-standard care within the confines of a moving luxury residence.
The Team
You will function as a key member of a comprehensive medical detail:
Medical Lead: A British Doctor overseeing all clinical governance and emergency protocols.
Rehabilitation: A team of Physiotherapists managing the clients daily mobility exercises.
Nursing Staff: A Western-trained nursing cadre ensuring 24/7 coverage and peer support.
The Safety
To guarantee the highest standard of patient safety and nurse fatigue management this role operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will always be paired with a second qualified nurse on duty ensuring safe manual handling and the ability to take structured breaks without compromising patient monitoring.

Step 2: Remote Video Interview (Zoom/Teams).
Step 3: Final Offer and travel logistics. (No travel required for the interview phase).

Qualifications: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care ICU or ER/A&E is mandatory.
Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is required for clear communication with the medical lead.
Profile: A calm professional demeanor with the ability to respect the privacy of a high-profile client.
