Job Summary

The Mission: We are selecting a highly skilled clinician for a prestigious 1:1 nursing care role supporting an 80-year-old VIP. Based aboard a luxury superyacht you will navigate the Mediterraneans most exclusive coordinates. Your summer rotation includes the sun-drenched coast of Mallorca the elite harbors of Monaco and the sophisticated luxury of Marbella. This position perfectly blends high-acuity medical responsibility with the unique lifestyle of the yachting elite.

The Team: You will join a fully integrated medical unit led by a Lead British Doctor. The onboard team is reinforced by specialist Physiotherapists and a cohort of Western-trained nurses creating a supportive multidisciplinary environment rarely found in private home care.

The Safety: To ensure sustainable practice and patient safety we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system. This protocol guarantees you have designated rest periods and shared clinical oversight preventing fatigue and ensuring the highest standard of care at all times.

Requirements

Requirements:

Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science (BSN).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of acute clinical experience (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English is mandatory for this role.
Attributes: Professional discreet and capable of delivering concierge-level care.
