Requirements
QQI Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care Social Work Psychology Nursing or a related field (or equivalent).
Minimum 1 years experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic professional and committed to quality care and staff development.
Full clean manual drivers licence (essential).
Must Have Stamp 4 right of work in ireland.
