Requirements
QQI Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care Social Work Psychology Nursing or a related field (or equivalent).
Minimum 1 years experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic professional and committed to quality care and staff development.
Full clean manual drivers licence (essential).
Must Have Stamp 4 right of work in ireland.

Required Skills:
Lead motivate and manage a team of care and support staff. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality person-centred care delivery. Develop implement and review individual care plans in line with best practice. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations (HIQA/CQC). Manage budgets resources and staffing schedules effectively. Conduct staff supervision training and performance reviews. Maintain accurate records reports and documentation. Liaise with families healthcare professionals and external agencies. Promote a culture of respect dignity and inclusion for all service users.
